YogaBumps classes will support you through the whole nine months.

We are here to help you to further connect with your growing baby, embrace the physical and emotional changes, provide techniques to calm and prepare both expectant mums and their partners.

Whether it’s through a hypnobirthing class or a block of relaxing yoga sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be (one to one classes also available), have the peace of mind you will carry out safe exercises that will help those pregnancy aches and pains, learn breathing techniques to calm your mind and body, all to help prepare you for that final magical moment you’ve been waiting for.
